Our Design Technology curriculum aims to harness and develop pupils’ creativity and imagination through designing and
making products that solve real and relevant problems within a variety of contexts. DT is about designing and making something, for someone, with some purpose; this is what makes it distinct from other subjects, where creating may be more driven by aesthetics.
